From harvesting to storage, through all stages of production, a verification system is implemented to examine the quality of the raw material by accompanying it to the last stage of the production process. Also, an analysis laboratory is dedicated to the verification of food components, mixed with the raw material for a taste and long-term preservation. BLED has obtained the ISO 22000 version 2005 Certificate.
